To be respectful of the generous monetary donations that make these experiences possible, we are introducing a new cancellation policy due to an increase in event no-shows. 

This policy will apply only to Variety Signature Events.

NEW Variety Cancellation Policy

If your family is registered for a Variety Signature Event and can no longer attend, you must notify Variety at least 24 hours before the event.

Families who do not cancel in advance will be placed on a 6-month probation period, during which they may only register for event waitlists.

What is a Variety Signature Event?

Events with a higher monetary cost to Variety and our donors, including:

• Variety Family Swim Day
• Variety Birthday Bash
• Variety Family Picnic
• FrankenStein's Fest
• Variety Holiday Party
